M1, the cornerstone to the RDS Training series. This program focuses on specifically targeting arms (biceps, triceps, and forearms), quads, and calves for growth. All the while training the back, chest, hamstrings and ab muscles in a way to maintain and develop their strength and preventing atrophy.
M2, the sequel to the M1 training program. It’s just as rewarding as it is enjoyable. Experience the muscle pump and growth from M2, which is structured in a way to explode your back, chest, hamstrings, glutes and delts. Keep in mind that this program still touches upon quads, arms and calves, preventing them from any atrophy while also preserving your hard-earned work from M1.
The last of the RDS training series. M3 is designed to smooth the edges of your physique. Based on your physique goals and what you’ve accomplished during M1 and M2, the M3 program is designed to let YOU make the finishing touches with it’s uniquely-structured flexible training program. In other words, the foundation of M3 is laid out for you, however, you’re given exercise selection of A or B, and it’s up to you to sculpt your physique according to your own vision.
